My stock market teacher used to say that the real estate market tends to evolve in 20-year cycles. Given that the last crash was in 2008, are we in for something nasty toward 2028?

Time will tell.

Right now the market has been stalled for over 12-months due to the interest rates.

The Office sector is in a high vacancy crisis and assets are being downvalued.

So it will be interesting how things shape up ones interest rates are relaxed and investment spending increases? Is another development glut looming?
